Digital technology that serves people.

It's our slogan, and it's the story of a young founder who wanted to give Madagascar's talent the chance to succeed at home.

Why we founded this agency.

To pay for her studies, our founder started working very early. She knows how hard it is to land a stable, fairly treated job, especially internationally: without a degree, even with real skills, many talented people are underpaid or exploited, often without knowing their rights.

She created Many to Human-IT to change that. The agency offers young Malagasy talent fair work, demanding projects in supportive environments and a clear framework. It can also help them fund their studies, or benefit from them.

Our conviction: you can thrive here, in Madagascar, without leaving. We want to invest here and take part in the country's development, one project at a time.

Our mission

Help purpose-driven organisations amplify their impact through digital, with a team of Malagasy talent.

Our vision

A Madagascar where young talent can build their future and their community's, thanks to digital technology.

Our three missions

  1. Amplify the impact of purpose-driven organisations

Websites, tools, content and videos so that their projects are seen and understood.

  2. Give young talent international-level experience

Well-paid, well-supervised work, demanding clients, and a real understanding of the needs of the country and its communities.

  3. Give back 3% of our revenue

To young people in Madagascar: food, schooling and training, as soon as the agency is stable.

Our proudest project

Open Village, collective intelligence as a platform.

Open Village is a method and a brand by CERD, our partner. Many to Human-IT designed and built the platform that helps organisations and regions bring out solutions together.
