What data do we collect?
- The information you give us in the contact form: name, organisation, email, phone or WhatsApp, and the description of your project, your budget and your timeline. The form does not store it: it prepares a message that you send yourself, by email or WhatsApp.
- The information you give us when booking a call (via Cal.com) or messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Minimal technical data related to your visit (device type, pages viewed), only if an analytics tool is installed.
Why?
- To reply to your request and send you a quote.
- To arrange a call with you.
- To follow up on your project.
- To improve the website.
We never sell your data and never use it for other companies' advertising.
How long do we keep it?
Contact requests are kept for at most [period to be confirmed, for example 3 years] after our last exchange, then deleted. Data related to a contract is kept for the applicable legal period.
Who has access?
The Many to Human-IT team, and the providers strictly needed to run the service: website hosting, booking tool (Cal.com), email and WhatsApp. These services may be located outside Madagascar or the European Union; we choose them carefully.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies. It may keep a technical setting in your browser, for example so the welcome animation does not replay on every page. If we install an analytics tool, we will tell you here and you will be able to refuse it.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, object to its use or receive a copy. Write to us at the address above, we reply within one month.
